The Envio

Savor a new vantage point for experiencing Portsmouth's waterfront during meetings and social gatherings. Offering dramatic views of Portsmouth's Piscataqua River and bridges, The Envio is the newest, most unique event venue in the downtown area. This luxuriously designed third-floor venue is connected to the new AC Hotel Portsmouth Downtown Waterfront and can host up to 300 guests in a 4,390-square-foot ballroom that can be divided into three smaller spaces for more intimate events. Guests will be greeted by a pre-function area boasting floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace offering sweeping views of the Portsmouth seaport and the Piscataqua River.

Our charming venue marries classic coastal elegance with versatile event space that is certain to provide the perfect backdrop for your special celebration or meeting. We offer over 4,600 square feet of flexible meetings space and provide a variety of break-out rooms with varying sizes and configurations that deliver technical capabilities to suit your needs, including productivity-provoking setups saturated in an abundance of natural light. Flexible spaces can accommodate groups from 15 to 300.
